Return / Refund Summary

Returns for defective item: Free return within 30 days of receiving the item.  Refund or free exchange including shipping.
Return for other reasons: Customer pays return shipping within 30 days. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Refund or exchange.
Refund: Please allow up to 10 days after we receive the item for credit to show in your account.
Exchange: Free exchange and free shipping for defective items.  Free exchange and customer pays for shipping for other reasons.

Order Cancellation or Modification

Order Cancellation Window: You may request to modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call/text us at 602-888-8585.
Cancellations After 1 Hour: As we strive for fast processing, orders are typically sent for fulfillment soon after 1 hour. We cannot guarantee cancellations after this period. If your order has already begun processing, it may not be possible to cancel it.
Our cancellation and order modification policy does not apply to requests that occur outside of business hours. 
Custom or Personalized Items: Please note that orders for custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept and offer free returns for items that are damaged, have a manufacturing flaw, or if you receive the wrong item.
We accept returns for other reasons such as “changed mind,” wrong size selection (if the correct size was ordered based on size charts provided), or changed mind about design in new unworn condition, but customer pays for return shipping, as items are produced specifically for each order.
Timeframe for Returns: To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report the issue. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
Condition of Items for Return: Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Return Process:
1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, details of the issue (damage, defect, wrong item), and clear photos as evidence.
2. Review and Approval: Our customer service team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other situations where a return might be approved, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. We reserve the right to refuse returns with traces of use.  Upon approval of the return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a refund.  We want you to be happy.

Refunds

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account after we have approved your return or cancellation. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges for Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: We primarily offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. If you require an exchange for one of these reasons, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exchanges for Other Reasons: We offer exchanges within 30 days for other reasons at customer’s shipping cost. 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
